Our standard photo booth requires a 10' x 10' area with at least 8' ceiling height. This space allows for the booth setup, props table, and enough room for guests to move comfortably. We also need access to a standard electrical outlet within 25 feet of the setup location.

We arrive 1 hour before your event starts to ensure everything is perfectly set up and tested. Teardown typically takes 30-45 minutes after your event ends. There's no additional charge for setup and teardown time.
To secure your event date, we require:
- 50% deposit at the time of booking
- Signed rental agreement
- Final payment due 14 days before your event
Our cancellation policy:
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before event
- 50% refund if cancelled 15-29 days before event
- No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before event
- Free rescheduling with 14+ days notice (subject to availability)
